Temperatures range from 50° below to 50° above. Severe weather was announced in phases. Phase one, restricted water consumption, no laundry. Phase two, no laundry no showers. Phase three, drinking water only. A phase three constituted high winds with severe weather, you were restricted to the barracks until winds subsided.
